Communication Monitoring

The trovicor Monitoring Center (MC) has been specifically developed to serve the complex needs of law enforcement and national security agencies worldwide. It enables them to intercept, retain, analyse, investigate and distribute intercepted voice and data communication as well as historical data.

It’s usage spans from intercept of communications in fixed and mobile networks to Next Generation Networking and Internet. The Monitoring Center is highly scalable and reliable and supports the European Telecommunications Standards (ETSI) in Lawful Interception. It can also be configured to adhere to the legislation of most countries in the world.

New technologies and ways of communication are constantly invented, Next Generation Networks infrastructures established, higher data volumes need to be handled and multiple types of communications monitored.

Requirements may change but the Monitoring Center will remain the perfect match, because new networks or communications methods can be added to it.

The Monitoring Center Architecture is highly modular and scalable allowing a variety of add-on applications to be installed.

It's concept is not only addressing emerging telecommunications trends, but enabling additional applications to make further use of the available intercepted information. It can therefore be enhanced by several third party products. Popular applications are e.g.: Location Tracking, Speaker Recognition and Language Identification and Link Analysis.
